This striking brand new rug was handmade in India by master weavers trained in traditional Persian Nain rug design and technique. It is hand-knotted of silk and fine wool with a high knot count (KPSI, knots per square inch) and superb craftsmanship, which makes for precise, crisp details. The rug has an exquisitely detailed perfectly symmetrical floral and vine pattern of sprays and bouquets, petals, leaves and vines revolving around a beautiful central medallion.  The silk accents glisten in the light.  The rug is a spectacular shade of orange creamsicle that is perfectly complimented by the silver medallion with accents in white, midnight blue, heather gray, plum, mauve, rosewood, fern green, white, ivory and countless other elegant neutral shades.  The corners perfectly echo the medallion and lighten and brighten the rug with their white backdrops and elegant floral designs.  They lead the eye to the soft silver border of slightly larger floral and vine patterns in the same accent colors of the rug.
